Yoga and View: Paris’ Highest Yoga Session

Weekly Morning Yoga at Montparnasse Tower with Céline Arcaro

If you’ve ever dreamed of practicing yoga above the rooftops of Paris, this is your chance. Every Tuesday morning, the Montparnasse Tower opens its doors early for a unique wellness experience that combines yoga and a view—200 meters above Paris.

Led by renowned instructor Céline Arcaro, these vinyasa yoga classes take place in Espace 56, the indoor observation area of the Montparnasse Tower. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space offers uninterrupted views of iconic Paris landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Cœur, and more.
