The Montparnasse Tower has:

  • 25 lifts
  • 5 service elevators

The fastest one connects the ground floor to the 56th floor, at an altitude of 196 metres, in just 38 seconds (or 5 meters per second). The top floors and the terrace are only accessible by stairs.
