About my situation

People with reduced mobility can access the 56th floor and enjoy the view. Unfortunately, access to the terrace is only possible via the stairs. Only disabled persons holding a “disability” card are entitled to a special admission rate. This document will be requested by the Observatory receptionist. Disabled priority” and “disabled parking” cards are not accepted.

The Observatory welcomes children! There are a few things you should know before you come: if you come with a pushchair, it will be your responsibility throughout the visit, as neither the Observatory nor the tower has a pushchair parking area. To access the terrace, you have to climb 3 flights of stairs.

Dogs are tolerated as long as they remain in the visitor’s arms or in a bag. Dogs accompanying visually impaired visitors are of course accepted unconditionally.

Around my visit

You can bring your own luggage, but it must remain under your responsibility throughout the visit. For security reasons, luggage and bags are checked as soon as you enter the tower, and a second visual check is carried out before you enter the rooftop.

The Montparnasse train station is the nearest station equipped with a left-luggage service.

It is not possible to bring a “picnic” to eat or drink on the terrace or on the 56th floor. Café 360, located on the tour route at 56, offers a sweet and savoury menu for a break during your visit.

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to take glass glasses onto the terrace. In this case, you need to tell the 360 Café that your drink will be served on the rooftop, so that you can be served in a plastic glass and gain access to the rooftop.

After you visit the Observatory, you can enjoy a meal at Ciel de Paris on the 56th floor, reserved directly with cieldeparis.com.
